Celeste Loetz, Certified EFT Tapping Practitioner, Pet loss grief coach
Pronouns: She/Her/Cat
Brings an excitingly simple somatic element to the practice. Celeste is newly certified by the Gala Darling Method – one of the most powerful alternative (non-traditional) EFT tapping methods out there right now. After experiencing massive transition on her life journey and becoming unrecognizable to herself (in a good way), she knew she had to share it with others.
EFT Tapping is a somatic practice stimulating acupressure points that can assist with emotional regulation and reduce stress (to put it simply). Think acupuncture without the needles. Tapping can be a great compliment to talk therapy and other therapy assigned mental health tools or stand on its own depending on your needs.
Celeste has nearly 10 years experience as a veterinary technician and specializes in pet loss grief, over-functioning, burnout, compassion fatigue, imposter syndrome and self-worth. If we’re being honest, tapping always lands us at self-worth! She has recently been added to Lap of Love’s free pet loss grief resources and is available to lead groups of vet techs who are interested. Celeste can cater to a variety of other needs namely helping queer, unconventional people process their emotions in a safe container. She holds space for the good, bad and the ugly.
EFT Tapping makes the brain more malleable and open to new experiences/ways of life that may not have been previously considered possible that turn out better than you are able to fathom.
