In individual therapy, you will work with your therapist to set treatment goals. It is a confidential and non-judgmental space to process, elicit feedback and work towards your goals. Individual psychotherapy is not just for when someone is feeling significant symptoms of depression or anxiety, it can also be helpful for navigating through life changes, relationship issues, and work related challenges.
